Many potential yoga students may feel excluded due to the commercialized image of yoga in the West. My approach aims to dispel the notion that yoga is only for the fit and flexible, offering an inclusive and accessible experience tailored to each individual's unique needs and abilities.

Stretching & Warm-up
Asana (yoga poses) for strength, balance, and grounding
Options to use a chair, a wall, or other props as well as a mat
Guidance to find the level of challenge that is best for you

Sample Online Yoga Session
Mantra Meditation: Using a repeated syllable, word, or phrase, mantra meditation aids concentration and mindset adjustment. Common mantras include OM, Ham Sa, Ganesh, Om Namah Shivaya, and The Medicine Buddha.
Mindfulness Meditation: By observing thoughts without attachment and focusing on breathing or sensations, mindfulness meditation promotes awareness and acceptance of the present moment.
Both techniques aim to cultivate equanimity, leading to reduced stress, enhanced focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being with consistent practice.
