Before embarking on my Yoga journey, I dedicated myself entirely to academics

  • Received a Ph.D. in Spanish Literature from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. in 2014.

  • Obtained an M.A. in Foreign Languages in 2006 and a Graduate Certificate in TESOL in 2016 from George Mason University in Virginia, USA.

  • Earned a B.A. in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Instituto Superior del Profesorado Joaquín V. González in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1988.

My Journey Beyond Yoga

Aside from my immersion in the mind-body realm, I'm deeply passionate about language instruction and teacher-training workshops. With over 30 years of experience as an ESL/EFL and Spanish professor in Argentina and the United States, I've had the privilege of merging teaching with travel. From Buenos Aires to destinations worldwide, my journey has been dynamic. After 17 years in Northern Virginia, I now live in Northern Colorado with my husband, Scott.
