Teaching body movement is my passion — in person and online. I guide students of all ages and abilities to awaken strength, expand mobility, and reclaim confidence through Yoga & Qigong.

Monica Mulholland:
Yoga & Qigong that inspire every body to rise into greater vitality, balance, and self-trust.

Many people feel left out of yoga because of the polished, commercial images that dominate the wellness world. My work exists to gently change that story. I believe Yoga and Qigong are for every body — all ages, shapes, abilities, and life stages — and for anyone seeking strength, ease, and inner steadiness.

Whether you join in the studio or from home, you’re invited to arrive exactly as you are. Together we build confidence, honor your unique body, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of breath and energy. Movement is explored in ways that feel safe, nourishing, and empowering.

Our practice may include:

Gentle warm-ups to awaken the body
Yoga postures that cultivate strength, balance, and grounding
Qigong movements to restore fluidity and vitality
Options using a chair, wall, or props to meet your needs
Guidance to find your appropriate level of challenge
Calming, conscious breathing
Timeless teachings applied to everyday life
Meditation for clarity and compassion

This is not about striving or performing.
It is about listening, softening, and rediscovering movement guided by wisdom rather than pressure.

You are welcome here — wherever you practice.
