Join me on this enriching journey to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. In this online Yoga and Qigong class, we’ll explore movements that nourish, breaths that steady the heart, and simple practices that restore your natural vitality.
Together, we’ll create a welcoming space where you can build strength gently, improve balance, and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm — all from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re beginning or deepening your practice, all levels are embraced as we move, breathe, and settle into stillness with intention.
Take this time for you. Let’s grow steadier, softer, and more resilient as we flow toward harmony and well-being, together.
Teaching body movement is my passion — in person and online. I guide students of all ages and abilities to awaken strength, expand mobility, and reclaim confidence through Yoga & Qigong.
Monica Mulholland:
Yoga & Qigong that inspire every body to rise into greater vitality, balance, and self-trust.
Many people feel left out of yoga because of the polished, commercial images that dominate the wellness world. My work exists to change that narrative. I believe yoga and qigong are for every body—for people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities, and for anyone seeking strength, ease, and inner steadiness.
In my classes, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. Together, we focus on building confidence, honoring your unique body, and reconnecting with the natural flow of breath and energy. You’ll be supported in exploring movement in ways that feel safe, nourishing, and empowering.
Our practices may include:
Gentle stretching & warm-ups to awaken the body
Asana (yoga poses) that cultivate strength, balance & grounding
Qigong movements to restore energy, fluidity & inner harmony
Options to use a chair, wall, or props to meet your body’s needs
Guidance to explore your ideal level of challenge
Conscious, calming breathing
Timeless teachings applied to modern life
Meditation for clarity, compassion & centering
This is not about striving or performing. It’s about listening, softening, and discovering what movement can feel like when it comes from wisdom—not pressure. You are welcome here.
A Glimpse into Our Yoga Practice
Introducing Our Qigong Warm-Up
Mantra Meditation: Using a repeated syllable, word, or phrase, mantra meditation aids concentration and mindset adjustment. Common mantras include OM, Ham Sa, Ganesh, Om Namah Shivaya, and The Medicine Buddha.
Mindfulness Meditation: By observing thoughts without attachment and focusing on breathing or sensations, mindfulness meditation promotes awareness and acceptance of the present moment.
Both techniques aim to cultivate equanimity, leading to reduced stress, enhanced focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being with consistent practice.
