Hi! I'm Monica Mulholland, dedicated to helping people engage and relax their body and mind. I hold a Ph.D. in Spanish Literature and a Registered Yoga Teacher 500-hour certification. My life-long passion for knowledge has driven me to pursue over 1000 hours of yoga and meditation Teacher Training, continuously seeking avenues for personal growth and the sharing of timeless wisdom. Through my distinctive methodology, I offer:

I teach from my own embodied experience:
I have a Ph.D. in the Humanities, which means I’ve been sitting at my computer most of my adult life.
I’ve always loved my profession, but my body got stiffer and stiffer as the years went by.
I’ve experienced chronic respiratory conditions, headaches, insomnia, and anxiety.
Stretching, Yoga, and Mindfulness have helped me cultivate tools to heal in a natural way.
I’m 63 years old, and I’m stronger and more flexible in mind and body than ever!

Come join us for our Women's Yoga Circle to experience Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Bath. This healing method blends dynamic movement and Restorative Yoga to offer a gentle, compassionate, and highly effective approach to body movement and inner awareness. Movements are performed slowly to allow for a deep internal experience, helping to identify and release tension, improve posture, and enhance overall body function. Our approach considers the body and mind as interconnected, promoting overall well-being rather than just physical fitness. Limited to 10 participants.
