Lymphatic System Boost: Part 1

Support your lymphatic system through mindful movement, soothing breath, and restorative stillness

This recorded yoga class is designed as a self-care ritual, combining mindful movement, self-massage, and deep relaxation to support your lymphatic system, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being.

We begin with a spinal-focused warm-up, incorporating side bends, a gentle seated twist, and spinal extensions to awaken mobility and encourage fluid movement in the body.

Next, we move into self-massage, bringing awareness and relaxation to the arms, hands, and fingers, followed by a reflexology-inspired foot massage and gentle techniques to release tension in the throat chakra and jaw. These practices stimulate lymphatic flow, helping to reduce stagnation and support detoxification.

The movement sequence flows through Cow-Cat, rhomboid push-ups, Downward Dog, Plank, Child’s Pose, and Puppy Pose (Melting Heart), activating the lymph nodes around the neck, armpits, and abdomen while encouraging circulation. We then ease into deep stretches, including a spinal twist, banana stretch, knee-to-chest, and Legs Up the Wall, all of which support lymph drainage and relaxation.

The practice concludes with Savasana, offering full integration of the experience, complemented by a 10-minute sound bath to deepen relaxation, balance the nervous system, and restore energetic harmony.

This class is especially beneficial for those looking to boost their immune system, reduce fluid retention, and cultivate a sense of lightness and vitality.

Enjoy!

With Much Love,

Monica
